It can be done as early as day 2 if your lucky but before day 4 is my benchmarkįind silver. Your goal from the start is souls and getting your mine/lumber yard complete. Right away you start running roads to clear camps and barricades. I run solo so this might adjust for a team but here is kind of a list I run in my head of goals while I play: If things don't go as planned, skip Serpent and Kill Fenrir at Day 13. Night 8) Blood moon.ĭay 10-12) Travel the seas. Do the hideout.ĭay 6-8) Level up your armor/weapons, do quests, prepare for Boss fight. Night 4) Blood moon.ĭay 5) Everybody should be in Silver armor/weapons or above. Other players continue farming barricades, silver and beaches.ĭay 3-4) Find the entrance to the hideout.
Get Raiders Axe III this way.ĭay 2-3) Get your Seer with a Raiders Axe III to frost/fire biome to gather the mats for the next tier armor for the rest of the guys. So we kind of have some basics down, right, but we don't have clear goals once we've made it to around day 9. We kind of stagnate around day 9 and don't know what to do to get better stuff. Ruins exist and always need some ramps, but don't seem worth it? what is really worth it in this game? Shrines solve the distance problem and help us get to jotun faster
we have kind of an idea where some things are but it's all pretty far away You really need to venture out to find certain resources. get the quarry then others as early as possible to shore up resources. We're pretty new, so I know there's obviously a lot we don't know, but I'm curious how people make a game go farther.Īpparently you need to take resources to the quarry/etc instead of them just pulling from your war chest, which is stupid but ok. Best I've done is made it to day 12 in a party of 3 and bailed because we knew we couldn't kill the Jotun in time.
